Tom joined Kinetic after receiving his degree, and the Dean’s award for excellence, in Sports & Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University in 2015. During his studies he gained experience working for several prominent Yorkshire sports teams including Rotherham United FC and the Leeds Rhinos; he has been able to draw on this experience to fit straight in to the team.
Since graduating Tom has qualified as a RockTape Movement Coach and a Level 1 Muscle Activation Specialist.
Tom’s addition has enabled us to add Exercise Rehabilitation to our repetoire; helping to restore strength, flexibility, endurance and power to injured limbs. Fit and healthy individuals who would simply like to improve their stature, posture and core stability are of course also welcome and bespoke one to one exercise programmes with a health professional ensure that your needs will be well looked after.
